Objectives
The aim of the projects was to develop suitable business models around the Twinner technology together with international, strategic partners. Such partners include car manufacturers and dealers, online sales platforms, car rental companies, leasing companies, insurance companies, appraisers, frequency space operators such as shopping malls or supermarkets and many more.
In addition to Germany, international markets are also in target to be developed. Within the EU, the focus is on France, Italy, Austria and Switzerland, among others. Outside the EU, the markets in the USA, China and Japan should be developed with priority. The long-term goal is to globally change the way cars can be sized, maintained and sold.
Solution
Various international, strategic partners could be won in the project. For example, the Twinner process for creating a digital twin was integrated into a TÜV appraisal as an add-on for customers. In addition, Twinner stations were piloted at various strategic partners in several countries. These pilots formed an important basis for demonstrating the potential of the innovative Twinner technology.
Results
Twinner has successfully developed its technology and business model in recent years. In cooperation with eStrategy Consulting, various partnerships have been established and different business models initiated. Thanks to a successful financing round, the great potential can be further expanded in the future.
