Cliff is a founding partner of eStrategy Consulting. As such, he is the primary point of contact for his clients and is responsible for the long-term direction of eStrategy Consulting.He has been advising companies on developing and realizing their digital business potential for nearly 20 years.

Thomas is the founder and Managing Partner of eStrategy Consulting. He holds a degree in economics and has been an expert in digital business models for over 20 years. He guides his clients in strategic and operational aspects of their digital transformation and in the development of digital business models.

Carl has over 20 years of experience in the project business – both as an external and an internal project manager and consultant. He is used to navigating his clients through rough waters and through regulatory, architectural and budgetary challenges. He provides guidance and rallies the team behind common goals. His experience includes many projects on software implementations in the financial industry.

Caroline advises and coaches companies on management and leadership issues related to digital transformation and sustainability. She particularly focuses on banks, insurance companies, and financial services, as well as topics such as sales, user-centered design, change and conflict management. She is a trained business lawyer, banker, and business mediator. Prior to eStrategy Consulting, Caroline worked for several years as a financial specialist for various credit institutions.

Ronald has been supporting our projects in the field of digital business and business developtment for several years. He completed his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Berlin, most recently at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht. Due to his early involvement in his family's buisness, he is well acquainted with entrepreneurial thinking and pragmatism.

Julia works as a consultant in the field of digital business and digital business development. She completed her Bachelor's and Master's degree in Berlin and was able to gain further experiences during her semester abroad in Philadelphia. Julia brings a wide range of project experience from the e-commerce and logistics sector.

Ole is a consultant in digital business, digital business development and e-commerce innovations. Besides his degree (M.Sc.) in business administration with a focus on marketing and e-commerce, he has gained broad experience in shaping digital business models of international corporations, SMEs and start-ups.

Sanja is responsible for our recruiting management and, as assistant to the management, the central contact person for the team, tax advisors, banks and authorities. Sanja has already gained experience in project management, office and customer consulting and is also a trained consultant for Ayurveda medicine.

Allegra is currently in her second semester of her Master's degree in Business Innovation at the University of St. Gallen. This has already enabled her to acquire important knowledge about technological innovations, business development and digital transformations. Through her previous work experience in AI research, she was able to expand this expertise with practical experience.

Frederik studies business administracion in the second semester at the university of St. Gallen. There he was able to acquire relevant knowledge in the area of marketing, strategic management and financial leadership. During his time at a german-american school he experienced a multinational environment, thus gaining international experience. Now Frederik aims to collect practical experience, wants to apply the learned knowledge and help the team in an effective way.

Michael is a consultant and project manager for the development and piloting of product, service and e-commerce innovations.
For more than 10 years, he has supported clients as an independent consultant on digitalization issues, e.g. Deutsche Telekom, Nokia, WDR, Plazes or Gaastra.

Till has been working in online product management for over 20 years and has been working for companies such as eBay, mobile.de, zanox and plista. He knows the whole process from creating product vision an strategy to planning and implementation very well. He has a very good unterstanding of both online business models and technical solutions and manages to build bridges between the business and technology teams.

Silvan is an Executive Advisor with eStrategy Consulting. His special focus lies in the development of multi-channel sales strategies (incl. channel development) and the development of data-driven business models. He has led key account sales and channel partner models for eBay, Comscore and Cisco.

Christoph is an expert in innovation, management consulting and new business building. His focus is on strategy development and implementation, product innovation, as well process and organizational development. He has 20 years of professional experience as project and department head for a global pharmaceutical company and excellent knowledge of the medical technology and diagnostics industry.

Jörg is an expert in the introduction and piloting of disruptive technologies (IoT, AI, ML, Big Data) and their integration into existing IT architectures. Jörg has proven experience in the technical implementation of SaaS and subscription models. Jörg has almost 20 years of experience as CTO of startups, as technical project manager, as software developer or as implementation-oriented consultant for corporations and medium-sized companies.

Andreas is a Senior Consultant for Applied Digital Transformation. His core expertise is the integrated design, planning, prototyping and launching of data-driven solutions, covering data-warehousing, data-integration, cloud computing, APIs, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.  With 20 years of experience, Andreas has C-level experience as a CEO and CTO of a consulting firm and served several years as a team-lead for a mulitnational SaaS provider.

Helge has over 30 years of experience in software architecture and development, as well as project management in retail and e-commerce. He’s spent half of his career working in management positions for large e-commerce players and the rest of the time as a consultant for companies like Otto, Hugo Boss, and Karstadt. Helge lives near Munich and supports eStrategy Consulting with his extensive IT competence and experience as an expert and external advisor.

Martin has been working as a coach and consultant for more than 15 years. His focus is on accompanying and supporting people and organizations in change and development processes. Before becoming a freelance consultant, Martin worked as a senior executive for a large German logistics group and as a consultant and project manager for the Boston Consulting Group.
